Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 1, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information Veo Studios ("Veo," "we," "us") collects through https://www.veostudios.co (the "Site"), how it's used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site and to information you send Veo when inquiring about or booking a Service.
2. Information we collect
When you book a content audit, Veo collects what you submit: name, email, phone number, business name and type, page or website URL, what you want to improve, rough monthly budget range, and selected call time. When you book a DM flow review, Veo collects your name, email, phone number, business name, social profile URL, DM goal, selected channels, optional note about your current process, and selected call time. The /fit quiz may also provide answers you choose to submit.
Veo doesn't require an account or login to use the Site, and doesn't collect payment card details through the Site itself — invoicing and payment are handled directly once a project is booked.
3. How we use your information
Information you submit is used to reserve and prepare for your call, respond to your inquiry, quote and deliver a Service, and follow up about a project you've started. Quiz answers help Veo tailor the review and response to your situation.
6. Client content & production assets
If you're a booked client, you may send Veo footage, photos, product images, or other materials for production. Those assets are used only to produce your deliverables and aren't shared beyond what's needed to complete your project.
7. Data retention
Inquiry and project information is kept as long as needed to respond to you, deliver a Service, and maintain reasonable business records afterward. You can ask Veo to delete information that's no longer needed at any time — see the contact section below.
8. Your choices & rights
You can ask Veo what information it has about you, request a correction, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing the address below. Veo doesn't send newsletters or marketing emails unless you've asked for them, and any email you get about a quiz result or inquiry is a direct, one-time reply rather than an ongoing list.
9. Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and marketers, not children. Veo doesn't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
10. Security
Veo takes reasonable steps to protect the information it holds, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and Veo can't guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
Veo may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
